Shipping policy

HappyPawHaven currently ships to Everywhere.

Orders are generally processed within 24h business days. After shipment, estimated delivery is within few business days for US Custmers. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Some items may ship separately and arrive on different dates. When tracking is available, we will email it after the item ships.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. For a missing or delayed package, email PURIONXE@GMAIL.COM with your order number.
